WP 6 Quality and Evaluation

Objectives

The main objective of this work package is to develop an internal evaluation of the project execution and results, and an ongoing monitoring and quality management of the project.

Description of work

Task 6.1. Evaluation Plan:

The first step for the evaluation of the project is the elaboration of the Evaluation Plan.

Task 6.2. On-going Monitoring

The on-going monitoring will be based on the sixth-monthly reports, cost-analysis reports and project meetings, which will essentially assess the tasks carried out in comparison with the expected outcomes of each separate task and the objectives of the project as a whole. Especially for the piloting and dissemination activities of the project additional criteria will be applied for their evaluation:

  • The assessment provided by the workshop attendants and the European Seminar.
  • The number of attendants compared with the number invited.
  • The number of visitors, comments and expressions of interest on the Internet site.
  • The number of published articles.

In general, the evaluation criteria which will be applied will refer to the expected objectives and outcomes have been met.
