Steering Committee

Composed by one representative from each partner organisation, the Steering Committee will provide a high level strategic guidance to the network, giving strategic advice and ensuring the achievement of general objectives. It will meet at least twice a year to review key deliverables and to take necessary strategic decisions.

These meetings will as far as possible be arranged in conjunction with the planned technical meetings where strategic and administrative issues will be on the agenda.

The Steering Committee will be chaired by the General Director of Industry and Technology of the Regional Government of Navarra, or his representative. The responsibilities of the Steering Committee can be summarised as follows:

• Decisions related to strategic issues guiding the implementation of the project as well as reviewing/approving work-plans.
• Assist the Project Manager as speaking partner in all up-coming matters of administrative and strategic character.
