Technical Committee
This Committee will be composed by the project Quality Manager, the Managers of all the Work Packages, a representative of all the partners who are not Managers of any WP and the Project Manager, who will be the chair of the Committee.
It will meet on a regular basis (al least, two times a year) to approve deliverables and take necessary decisions in order to finally deliver the project as set by this proposal. The Committee will be responsible for:
- Overall responsibility for the networkís operation.
- Validate project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and advice on project matters.
- Assure the involvement of all the partners in the projectís activities.
- Guarantee accomplishment of the objectives and goals.

Quality Manager
He has as main responsibility to direct monitoring and evaluation of the ForTransRIS activities. His work is based on the evaluation plan, which will be developed by him and approved by the Technical Committee.
The main responsibility of the Quality Manager will be to assure the overall internal quality of the project, and to ensure the achievement of the objectives and needs stated or implied in the project definition. To achieve this purpose, a continuous monitoring and project execution evaluation will be implemented, allowing the prompt detection of deviations and the application of the relevant corrections.
The Quality Manager, who will be supported by the other members of the Technical Committee, will be responsible for defining a Quality Plan. This Plan will establish the procedures and guidelines to follow during the profile life, including an evaluation calendar and evaluation grids for the different types of deliverables, format and contents of work packages evaluation reports. All the tasks necessary to implement the former plan will be assigned and coordinated by the Quality Manager.
This position will be provided by the Spanish Foundation INNOVA.
